Holiday Inn Express Red Deer By Ihg

The room was spacious and modern, with plenty of space to move around and a lovely roll-in shower; the hotel is conveniently located near a shopping mall.

Excellent position along with excellent staff are the reasons we really enjoyed this well-equipped hotel.

The location was amazing and convenient, adjacent to Red Deer's main shopping street, mall, and many businesses. Large and fairly quiet room with central heating, iron/ironing board, and tea/coffee making equipment - loved it!

It had marvellous and quiet location so close to Red Deer, and the shopping mall and restaurants. It also was in place.

The rooms here are modern, the bed is comfy, and the staff is attentive; amenities include a fridge, coffee/tea makers, and a seating area.

I would stay here again. A problem with my room was resolved quickly and expertly by staff. I am very impressed by this. The breakfast is varied and plentiful. My room was large and very comfortable. Hotel is located well and is walking distance to a mall and many other business. I was attending a conference at a nearby hotel and choose to stay at HI instead of conference hotel. I'm glad I did.

Pool and hot tub nice

No heat in original room. 20 minutes before staff checked it and moved us. That first room was very cold. Next room was much warmer. Staff member wanted to just leave but I insisted we check the heat. Not working. Nor in the next 2 rooms. In 5th room heating worked. Very poor start to what was supposed to be a relaxing and fun evening and stay.

They upgraded me to a king room with good ventilation. The room had nice art and plenty of space to move around.- I loved the spaciousness of the room.- The hotel's location is fantastic, right on the main shopping street, making it convenient to go everywhere.

Great location! It's only a 10-15 minute walk to Bower Kin Community Hall. The room was nice and they serve an amazing breakfast. 🥞

Liked the staff- friendly and efficient. Breakfast was good- had a decent choice of fruit and good choice of hot or cold. Liked the location- we were taking in an event at the Westerner so everything we needed was close (including Tim Hortons)

We were in a room by the elevator and also at the front of the hotel- so it was noisier than the last time I stayed. Also was a bit more expensive.

One night as I returned to the hotel,the power was out.The staff did everything possible to keep the guests comfortable.They even provided free Tim Hortons coffee and hot chocolate for us.It could have been a bad experience but the staff turned it into a memorable one.
